More pictures of the Fam

Our favorite little boys, Tyson and Kevin. :)

We went to the Houston Astros baseball game on July 21. We got cheap tickets by redeeming Powerade labels. It was fun spending some time as a family.

Kevin is doing a nice, little pose.

Tyson turned 3 in July. Happy birthday Tyson!

The way I (Tammy) got both of them to look at me for this picture was by holding a big basketball hoop toy on my head and saying "Oh, look at me! What's on my head!" It's often hard to get both of them to look at the camera at the same time so I usually do weird things like that, and hey, it worked!

This picture was taken the day that Kevin really started walking all over the place, towards the end of June.

Tyson wanted to hold Kevin's hand and help him walk.

At least I got one of the boys to look at the camera for this cute picture.

This is when Kevin learned to stand up on his own without any support.

When Tyson stood on the chair like this he said "I look like a star!"

Happy birthday Kevin! He turned 1 in May.

My sister, Kim, got married in April to her sweetheart, Blake. They got married in the Salt Lake Temple. We flew to Utah for the wedding and were able to stay there for a few days.

These next few pictures were taken at the wedding reception that evening. Both our boys looked so adorable all dressed up.

Happy Easter! Tyson and Kevin are checking out the goodies in their Easter baskets.

Here is Tyson on an Easter Egg hunt that we did at our ward's playgroup.

Playing at the park after the egg hunt.

Kevin is such a cutie! He looks darling wearing that hat.

Our Happy Family

Here are some pictures of us from the past few months (with the most recent ones on top).

Here is our cute, little Kevin. He is showing off his big smile. :)

And here is our cute, big boy Tyson. Both our boys are so sweet.

Kevin finally started crawling over a week ago, on the day he turned 10 months old.

Tyson is looking at some books we checked out for him at the library.

Kevin is growing so fast!

Tyson kept putting these toy buckets on Kevin's head. Kevin didn't seem to mind. I thought it was cute.

We went to the Houston Zoo on Presidents Day last month. It was free that day. We had fun. :)

I guess it was too much excitement for Kevin.

Tyson's favorite part there was the petting zoo. There were a bunch of goats that the children could pet. Tyson was walking all around petting all the goats. He wasn't scared of them at all. It was really cute to watch him.

Here is our little family. We obviously took this picture ourselves.

Kevin, the future missionary! He's wearing Brad's name tag. We did missionary pictures like this of Tyson when he was a baby, too.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Kevin is all dressed up and looking adorable!

Kevin just made a slam dunk!

Tyson is slam dunking the train.

As you can see, we have our arms full taking care of our boys.

Kevin is nice and clean after his bath.

Here are a few pictures we took on Christmas day. We spent Christmas in Utah with my family, and then we went to Arizona to spend time with Brad's family.

Merry Christmas!

These last few pictures were taken during November.

Tyson loves typing on the laptop. He will just sit there typing on it for the longest time.

28 January 2009

On Friday Tyson and I went to the Astros Caravan stop in College Station. There we met and got autographs from a couple of players and a broadcaster for the Houston Astros, but I would have to say Tyson had the most fun seeing and interacting with their mascot, Junction Jack. It was cute because I told Tyson he was a jackrabbit, so Tyson kept referring to him as a Jack O'Lantern rabbit.

I don't expect this to be up long, but there is actually a couple of seconds of video showing Tyson and I with the players (Michael Bourn and Doug Brocail) while we were posing for a picture. If you want to check it out, go to http://houston.astros.mlb.com/hou/fan_forum/caravan.jsp and then under the video screen click on Michael Bourn's name under the "In My Words" header. There is a minute-long video, and it shows us halfway through.
